Camp Copilot is a vibe‑coded web app designed to make learning how to use Microsoft Copilot more fun, more human, and far more practical. Built with a summer‑camp theme, Camp Copilot turns AI enablement into an engaging, game‑inspired learning experience that helps people build real Copilot capability—without overwhelming them or relying on generic training content. The experience is organized into 12 themed modules, each made up of 1–3 short lessons designed to be completed in 10–20 minutes max. Every lesson includes clear learning objectives, interactive content, short videos, a hands‑on activity, and a brief quiz—keeping learning focused, approachable, and immediately applicable to day‑to‑day work. Each module focuses on a different aspect of Copilot and AI capability, starting with AI basic literacy and prompting fundamentals, and progressing into how to use Copilot effectively across the Microsoft ecosystem. Topics include navigating the Copilot chat library, working with Pages and Notebooks, and applying prompts in Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, Loop, and PowerPoint. More advanced modules introduce Copilot agents such as Researcher, Analyst, Create, and Designer—helping learners build confidence as their usage matures. To reinforce the summer‑camp vibe, each module is tied to a familiar camp activity. For example, Team Sports maps to Microsoft Teams, the Knowledge Cabin represents OneNote, the Boat House Storage covers OneDrive and SharePoint, and the Data Lake brings Excel to life. As campers complete each module, they earn a camp badge associated with that activity, along with points for every lesson completed. A live leaderboard adds friendly competition and visibility into progress, motivating learners to keep going. A unique element of Camp Copilot is the use of AI‑generated videos created with HeyGen, featuring members of the organization’s Senior Leadership team as Camp Counselors. These videos connect the technical “how‑to” of using Copilot with the organization’s ways of working, AI principles, guidelines, and guardrails. This helps learners understand not just how to use Copilot, but how to use it responsibly and in alignment with organizational values—bridging the gap between policy and practice. Behind the scenes, Camp Copilot includes an admin backend that allows facilitators and leaders to review responses from learner activities and quizzes, providing visibility into engagement, understanding, and adoption trends. Campers also have access to a discussion board where they can share tips and tricks, ask questions, and post real‑world Copilot use‑case wins—building community, peer learning, and sustained momentum beyond the modules themselves.
