Go Deeper
Life Coach OS is a persistent AI coaching ecosystem spanning six life domains (career, finances, relationships, parenting, health, personal development) built entirely by a non-developer using Claude Projects, Notion's relational database system, and custom AI agents. The system runs on compounding context: a learnings.md file accumulates coaching patterns across 15+ sessions, session handoffs preserve state between conversations, and a cross-domain status dashboard connects decisions across all six life domains so nothing happens in isolation. A career pivot affects finances which affects family which affects health — and the system tracks all of it. On the operational layer, a fleet of five AI agents handles classification, daily focus generation, research, and monitoring — keeping the system running between coaching sessions without manual upkeep. What makes it different: this isn't a chatbot or a single-purpose automation. It's a full life operating system where AI maintains persistent understanding of one person's complete context — their ADHD brain, their career transition, their family dynamics, their financial constraints — and uses that context to provide coaching that gets smarter every session. The architecture proves that advanced AI-human collaboration doesn't require engineering skills. It requires systems thinking.
Stack Used
Claude Opus 4 (Anthropic) via Claude Projects with persistent memory and project knowledge files. Notion (Business tier) with relational databases and Custom AI Agents (The Briefer, The Sorter using MiniMax M2.5). OpenClaw autonomous agent platform (Scout, Radar, Pulse). Wispr Flow for voice-to-text input. No code, no APIs — architecture only.
